The Silhouette Instalift procedure (sometimes also referred to as “threadlifting”) is a minimally invasive, non-surgical procedure which immediately lifts your mid-facial skin, including sagging cheeks and deeper nasolabial folds. Since 2015, InstaLift is the only absorbable suture with FDA clearance for cosmetic facial procedures.

What happens during Silhouette Instalift?
During this procedure, microcones and sutures are placed in the skin which provide an immediate non-surgical facelift. These microcones and sutures are absorbed by the body and activate collagen to production to add volume to your mid-face, creating a more youthful appearance. The procedure is performed in our office and takes around 1 hour to complete.
How long is the downtime?
The downtime for this procedure is minimal. You can expect mild pain, swelling, and bruising at the treatment site. Most signs of treatment disappear within 24-48 hours.
What will I need to do prior to treatment?
We will see you for consultation prior to your treatment to discuss your expectations, prior treatments, and answer any questions you may have.
When will I see results?
You will see an immediate lift following the procedure which can last up to 6 months. The microcones and sutures stimulate your body’s own collagen production which can be longer-lasting, up to 2 years in some patients.
